Born in Elkhorn Wisconsin, Jeff attended University of Wisconsin Stout for Hospitality and Tourism. While in college Jeff honed his skill back of the house cooking at multiple restaurants. After graduation Jeff worked for Hyatt hotels and worked his way up the hotel ranks at 3 different properties, Hyatt Regency Dallas, Hyatt Regency Crown Center, and Grand Hyatt San Diego. In 2015 Jeff moved to Hilton Head Island and is currently at the Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort as the Director of Food and Beverage.
