Seafood Festival finally gets the room to grow

The annual Hilton Head Seafood Festival has finally graduated to a larger venue.

For the first time, the 9th annual Hilton Head Seafood Festival was held at Honey Horn Plantation which was a much needed move according to Hudson’s Seafood House On The Docks owner Andrew Carmines.

The festival, which has previously been held at Shelter Cove Park, was supposed to be moved to Honey Horn Plantation in 2017, but was not able to due to damage on the grounds after Hurricane Matthew.

With the added space, the festival was able to host more than 30 food vendors, Carmines said.
