A Utah native, Chef Tim Nelson, graduated from the California Culinary Academy. He earned his position at the helm of some of the country’s finest kitchens including the breathtaking Snowbird Resort in Utah, Salt Lake City's Café Trio, the exclusive Stein Eriksen Lodge, the Sanderling Resort in the Outer Banks, NC, The Beach House Resort in Hilton Head Island. Living in the south brought out his love of all things smoked and barbecued and lowcountry living inspires him everyday to create new and exciting dishes.
